Our Story
Personal Website Builder (2009)
Until Workfolio debuted in 2009, almost all website builders had focused on websites for small businesses. We decided to take a different approach by specializing in websites for individuals to tell their own unique stories. The Workfolio Website application made it easy for anyone to create a stunning personal website in minutes.
Directory (2013)
As our clients experienced success with the Workfolio Website platform, many began approaching us with a new challenge: increasing the visibility of their workforce. They were seeking effective ways to catalog, manage, and present employee information, whether for internal alignment, public-facing marketing, or controlled access for clients and prospects.
Directory (2019)
Workfolio launched its workforce visibility platform, Workfolio Directory. Since its introduction, the platform has been tailored for specific industries, helping organizations enhance member visibility and deliver greater value. Workfolio remains committed to offering the most advanced hosted directory solution available online.
Microsites (2019)
In 2019, Workfolio introduced Client Microsites to help professional service firms showcase their engagements, highlight project teams, and feature relevant resources when pitching to new clients. Within months of launch, hundreds of Client Microsites were created, leading to an average 17% increase in proposal win rates among our customers.
