The Workfolio format is an outgrowth of efforts by Bill Gregory and other career counselors to enhance individuals' presentations of their career accomplishments and other qualifications on Internet. It was developed to be more effective than online resumes only, online resumes with links, or a home page with links to content on lower levels.

Workfolio will continue to evolve so that career and job seekers are empowered.

Workfolio is a Washington State corporation. Counselors purchasing usages currently receive one share of voting stock with each usage purchased. Our intention is to continue to listen to the ideas of career/job searchers and career counselors concerning both the career portfolio format and the management of the organization.

The By-Laws and financial statements are available to counselors who would like to investigate the purchasing of usages.

Bill Gregory has worked since 1994 to bring the benefits of Internet to career and job searchers. He has been in career content development and program management positions with Worklife Solutions, Inc., the company which created career centers on the Microsoft Network, Alta Vista and other sites. He is a career counselor with a Doctorate in Education, and he is a Nationally Certified Career Counselor.
